Important Dates Contracts Dated March – August: Booths with less than 300 square feet are to be paid in full within 35 days of contract date. Booths with 300 square feet or more, 25 percent deposit to be paid within 35 days of contract date. Final payment due 120 days prior to the Expo (September 30, 2008). International booths are to be paid in full within 35 days of contract date by wire transfer. • Contracts Dated September 1-30: All booths are to be paid in full within 35 days of contract date. • Contracts Dated October 1-31: All booths are to be paid in full within 21 days of contract date. • Contracts Dated November 1-15: All booths are to be paid in full within 14 days of contract date. • Contracts Dated November 16 - December 31: All booths are to be paid in full by two-day overnight delivery. • Contracts Dated in January: No contracts sent until payment for booth space is received.
